To become a bone marow donor, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3. First register, next do a spit test or cheek swab from a kit sent to you and then post it back. It’s that easy! Please join the Bone Marrow Registry today and help save lives.

By significantly increasing the bone marrow registry worldwide, we would greatly enhance the chances of saving precious lives. This can be done by raising the awareness and promoting, facilitating bone marrow drives at local community level with the help of social networks, microsites and other web based tools.

Pregnant? As you create one life, why not save another life? Ask your hospital to freeze the cord blood which contains the crucial lifesaving stem cells.

The bone marrow database has taken approximately 25 years to get to 18 million registrants. Our vision is to double the size to 37 million and thus save tens of thousands of more lives. Help Save Lives by launching your own bone marrow campaign in your local community or even at work.

1 in 1200 persons is diagnosed with a Primary Immune Deficiency Syndrome. Many of these people will need a bone marrow transplant to save their lives. This is a serious worldwide issue that affects everybody. We need to increase the size of the registry and convince hospitals to invest in saving blood cords from births.

It's hard to find a match for a caucasian person suffering from a life threatening condition. For a non-caucasian person, it is virtually impossible to find as there are not many registrants on the database. Help us by launching a campaign in your local community: we can help you with the tools and know-how.
